We collect only the information needed to quote for, release and deliver research-product orders and to confirm buyer eligibility. We do not sell or rent customer data. Payment is handled by a payment provider rather than stored on this site, and you can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold. This policy explains how that works in full.
1. Scope and who we are

2. Information we collect
- Order and contact data: name or laboratory name, email address, phone number where provided, delivery address, and the products and quantities requested.
- Account and verification data: information supplied for wholesale or institutional verification (KYC), such as institution and role.
- Communications: messages, documentation requests and support threads you send us.
- Technical data: anonymised or aggregated usage information such as pages viewed, referring page and approximate location derived from IP address.
3. Sources of information
Most information is provided directly by you through the inquiry cart, contact form, email or chat. A small amount of technical data is generated automatically by the website. We do not purchase marketing lists or obtain data from data brokers.
4. How we use information
Information is used to prepare quotes, confirm eligibility, process and fulfill orders, provide tracking and support, maintain required order and lot records, prevent fraud or misuse, respond to legal obligations, and — only where permitted — send service updates or optional marketing. The inquiry-cart feature uses local browser storage to hold your selected items; this stays on your device and is not a personal profile.
5. Cookies and online technologies
The site uses strictly necessary storage for the inquiry cart and basic session function, plus limited aggregate analytics that do not identify individuals. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary storage may affect the inquiry cart but not the ability to browse the catalog or read lot records.
6. When we disclose information
Information is shared only with service providers who need it to fulfill an order — the payment provider, the shipping carrier, and the independent testing laboratory where lot documentation is involved — and, where required, with customs or legal authorities. These providers process data under their own obligations and may use it only for the instructed purpose. We do not disclose information for third-party advertising.
7. Payments and order fulfillment
Payment details are entered on the payment provider's secure platform and are processed under its certification; card numbers and similar credentials are not retained on our systems. Carriers receive the name, address and tracking information required to deliver a parcel and no more than is necessary.
8. Marketing communications
Marketing messages are sent only where you have opted in, and every message includes an unsubscribe link. Order confirmations, shipping notices and service-related messages are transactional and continue even if you opt out of marketing.
9. Data retention
Order and lot-related records are retained for the period needed to fulfill the order, support traceability and meet legal, accounting and recordkeeping requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Marketing and contact-list data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Verification records are retained for as long as the account relationship requires and a reasonable period thereafter.
10. Security
Transmissions use encrypted connections and access to order information is restricted to those who need it to process and support orders. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we encourage buyers not to send sensitive payment details by email or chat.
11. Your privacy rights
Subject to records we must retain, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, request a portable copy, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. 12. Age restrictions
The site is intended for qualified professionals aged 21 or over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; information submitted in error will be deleted on discovery.
